Kings III’s emergency call center goes beyond dispatching fire and rescue services. We also notify maintenance teams and property managers for non-emergency situations, helping to minimize unnecessary emergency responses.
Kings III does not charge for false calls or dispatches; however, other emergency responders may impose fines for excessive false alarms, which can result in significant costs.
Monitoring is a short term for all of the processes involved in handling emergency telephone calls. Our emergency dispatchers answer the emergency calls, dispatch the appropriate response personnel, and assist in keeping the caller calm. Our computer system digitally records the calls, including dispatch calls, and retrieves and displays all account information for our operators and logs all events electronically, time and date stamping the records. Yes, we digitally record all calls and store them permanently. Recordings can be retrieved and delivered via email by a property representative, such as a property manager, board member, or attorney representing the property.

Our dialer technology automatically transmits the location information to our Emergency Dispatch Center computers. That information is displayed before our operators answer the call. This technology allows us to quickly determine the nature of the emergency rather than wasting time trying to determine the caller’s location.
Our cellular dialer models utilize the same automatic locating system that our landline phones do rather than relying on E911, so the location information will be displayed for our emergency dispatchers when the system distributes the call to them.
Our emergency call center personnel are experienced and utilize dynamic risk assessment to discern the difference between actual emergencies, non-emergencies and prank calls. As a direct result, unnecessary dispatching is significantly reduced.
We have an automatic back up power supply with natural gas powered electrical generators that support the emergency call center during power failure. The generator system will detect an outage and immediately begin operating, so there is zero down-time as a result of a power failure. In addition, we have a fully redundant back up Emergency Dispatch Center off site.
