To follow are some of the actual emergency calls our operators received during the first two weeks of July 2017.

July 2017:

Elevator Phone: Elevator entrapment, passengers requested EMS due to being claustrophobic. Dispatched EMS.

Pool Phone: Caller reported that there were drunk kids were trying to fight her husband. Dispatched police.

Pool Phone: Resident stated that the power was out, and everyone was trapped inside the gate and were unable to leave. Dispatched police.

Elevator Phone: Elevator entrapment. Building management requested that we dispatch fire department due to the hour long ETA provided by the elevator company.

Pool Phone: Male caller reported that his truck was stolen while he was at the pool swimming. Dispatched police.

Elevator Phone: A man said that he was being harassed in the elevator. Police were dispatched to the property.

Help Phone: Male caller requested Police due to someone trashing his apartment. Same male from called hours later requesting EMS due to his son jump kicking him on his back and face.

Help Phone: Caller requested EMS due to hearing voices in his head. Dispatched EMS.

Pool Phone: Caller stated a propane tank caught on fire as they were grilling and his legs got blistered. Dispatched fire department and EMS.

Elevator Phone: Caller stated he let the moving guy go up in the elevator, the moving guy did not have his cell phone with him or a code to get back down and use the elevator and he could not get up to him. Unable to reach building management, so operator dispatched fire rescue to assist the caller.

Pool Phone: Caller stated that he broke his leg. Dispatched EMS.

Help Phone: Caller requested police due to being lost at his friend's apartment complex and not knowing where he was. Dispatched police.

Pool Phone: Caller requested police due to a man striking her at the pool, she believed due to him being intoxicated and mistaking her for his wife. Dispatched police.

Help Phone: Caller requested police due to someone stealing her tv. Dispatched police.

Elevator Phone: Elevator entrapment. Passengers stated they smelled a burning smell. Dispatched fire rescue due to possible emergency.

Pool Phone: Caller stated that he had accidentally drank lighter fluid and requested EMS. Dispatched EMS.

Elevator Phone: Caller stated there were people fighting in the lobby and requested police be dispatched. Dispatched police.

Pool Phone: Caller requested EMS due to a girl breaking a window and cutting her hand on a piece of glass. Dispatched EMS.

Elevator Phone: Passenger said there was a male there who didn't let him get off the elevator. He said he feared for his life. Dispatched police.

Help Phone: Caller requested police due to a vandalism at the property. Dispatched police.

Pool Phone: Caller requested police due to his roommate and 3 men attempting to evict him using weapons. Dispatched police.
